Welcome to Wellness & Words, where I support children and families towards self-care and compassionate communication through yoga, writing workshops, and parent education.
Yoga for kids will get your child moving, and also teach them to slow down and connect with their breath, physical sensations, and emotions. Kids develop the skills to pause and the compassion to listen to themselves and others.
Family Yoga connects kids and their adults to their imaginations and one another.
Infant Massage classes will increase your confidence in reading your infant's cues, support attachment bonds, and facilitate optimal development for your little one.
Through story and writing, children, youth, and families learn self-expression and confidence while building creativity and connection with others.
